Sportsbook line covers more than I expected for a casino-focused platform. Football, tennis, esports - all there with decent prematch depth. Live betting is fast enough, no obvious lag when placing bets during a match. Odds vary, sometimes good sometimes mid compared to other places I check.

Sign-up seems quick because they only ask for an email upfront - but that's a bait-and-switch. The moment you try to withdraw anything meaningful, KYC slams the brakes on everything. Mine dragged on for 2 days: upload an ID, then a selfie, then they bounce the selfie back demanding a retake over "lighting." Meanwhile my money's just sitting there, locked. Feels like the easy onboarding exists purely to get you depositing, and the friction is deliberately saved for when you want your cash out. Eventually cleared it, but the whole thing left a sour taste. Be ready to jump through hoops the second real money's involved.

Support replied via livechat in under 5 min when I had a deposit issue. Agent walked me through checking the txn hash on the explorer, turned out it just needed more confirmations. Genuinely helpful, didn't get the usual copy-paste reply.

Pure crypto experience. Deposit BTC, it confirms on chain, and you're playing. Withdrawal back to my wallet hit in like 15 min, no hold up on their side that I noticed.
